Well, first try your local comic book shop. If it's in stock, buy it. If they carry it but it is not in stock, place a standing order for your copy. If they do NOT carry it (which rather often seems to be the case with British books in the USA), urge them to order it for you. That is a very easy thing for them to do since Kane as well as Jack Staff are listed in the monthly Previews catalog from the western world's largest comics distributor, Diamond. It's where they get almost all of their books from.
If even that does not work, stop supporting them.
